Hi Power People 😛 ehehehe

I am trying to create leave management system in our organization, which is from the idea of sir Reza and template Power Apps of Sir Reza, but there is an error which is when I try to submit the Leave Request, it appears in the screen that there is no data but in my dashboard its successfully send it to my List from sharepoint I created. Please see attached picture for your reference.

I am new in powerapps, not a professional, just trying to study and not good in programming also.

Now I know what is my real problem, I think I dont have PowerFlowtrigger Data run in my PowerApps, I deleted the existing data of Sir Reza.
Any suggestion? I believe my flow is working properly when I am trying to run my List, also its running successfully in my PowerApps by Sir Reza Template.

Any Suggestion to push the Form1 to navigate to the successscreen.

How can I submit my request ? is there any code you can share to submit just using the List data from sharepoint not using the powerflow settings, need trigger or convert my powerflow to make it work from powerapps..

is there any option to submit the data and successfully submit it and go to successscreen?

any suggestion is much appreciated, hoping someone to reply my post.Thank you!
