Hi,
Since a couple of weeks we see a increasing number of appointments where HTML text is appearing, after we save.
Some results of our research:
- Create an appointment from Power Apps Canvas app to dataverse / CRM
- After saving in a couple of minutes there is HTML text added to the appointment description, before the text that was saved with the appointment.
- It only happens when appointments are saved in Concept. When closed, there is no HTML text added
- It's not with all users, but we see no difference in user settings, mailbox setting or whatsoever
- It has obviously something to do with the exchange sync, but cannot find out what...
Has someone experienced this?
