Gather Invoice Emails with Copilot Studio Connectors

I am new to Copilot Studio and am trying to create an agent to help organize monthly invoices sent by Microsoft. These are forwarded to me by another user, but copilot studio is having troubled even gathering the emails. they are the top 2 emails in my inbox at the moment and it still cannot find them. I am using the Microsoft Outlook connector.

Below is my Agent's setup and the unexpected result I received.

Any advice on how to help the agent find the emails would be great! Thank you in advance.
I have the same question (0)

I am going to build a sample, but I would like to ask some questions while I do this.

    1. What are the file names in the attachments?
    2. Is this set to FW (for the subject? since its forwarded)?
    3. Can you please share a copy of exactly what the Email body looks like, feel free to change words for protection but if you want help it cannot be so hidden.

Need details so I can help show you, as right now I have some basics, but need specifics if you want real help.

Also, can you please share the Flow it built for your, as that is incredibly important to understand what it is doing and why its not working.

    4. Lastly, can you look in the Activity tab and see that it really triggers at all? Since this is not Autonomous based on how you described it.

And honestly my real recommendation would not be to call a flow to do this randomly.
    I would

    A) Make the Agent Autonomous ( we can still make one that you talk to but for this instance ) process them in real-time
    B) Create an Automated Flow that looks for Forwards, and attachments
    C) I do not believe I would use Generative AI here
    D) Did you generate any trained data based on the Template of the Invoice?

If you can please respond to these and share a copy of the invoice and the body etc (again change the data is fine as long as the intent and meaning is the same).

The file names are 11 random numbers and the files are always pdfs.

The subject has "FW: " at the beginning, but I can also run this from the account receiving the invoice emails if it's easier.

Below are screenshots of the email.

Below is the flow I have to capture the emails. The email in the "From" input is the correct email who is forwarding the invoice emails.

I have looked at the activity tab, and this is executing.

My idea for using copilot studio was because there are around 12 invoice emails that get sent for different products, so the AI can determine invoice from the email content, and then use that to save/rename the file to a specified location in OneDrive.

There are some emails that have a subject of "FW: Your Microsoft invoice G100148264 is ready" and for those you cannot see the product name until you open the attachment.

Once I can grab the emails, I believe I'll be able to do the renaming, but this first portion was not working as expected.
