Hello, wonderful community!

I'm facing an issue for which I'm struggling to find a solution. I have a Warehouse App in which users scan materials using the barcode Scanner control. The scanned materials are stored in a collection, and when the user presses the submit button, these scanned items are then stored in a Withdrawal SharePoint List. Additionally, the quantity of each product scanned is supposed to reduce in our inventory SharePoint List.

However, there are instances when a user takes, for example, 3 out of 5 boxes of an item, but the stock quantity in the Inventory List suddenly changes to -3852 (just an example), even though the input number value is correct. Why does this issue occur?

Please refer to the attached images for clarification, and feel free to ask for more information. Since this app is already launched and currently in use, I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

For patching to the inventory list, what's the collection colAntVal? Where or how is it updated?

Perhaps this is bad naming from my part but the colAntVal is a Label control inside a gallery that stores the quantity number from the users input from previous screen. See newly attached files.

Hi @VincentGiovanni ,

Does the Gallery where includes the user input quantity Label connect to the collection colUttag as its data source?

Please modify the formula on collect button, remove the Text function from Antal column, just use Value(ScannaOrAntalTxtInp.Text). Secondly, on submit button, change "-colAntVal" with "-Varukorg.Antal".

Hello @v-jefferni

I tried your solution but recieving error messages on the colAntVal Label control in the gallery saying "Value Text is expected" and the submit button saying "invalid argumenttype. One of the following is expected: Number, Text, Boolean, UntypedObject"

Give some time too solve this, I'm no expert on PowerApps unfortunately.

Also on the collect button saying the same message. "Incompatible type. Collection can't contain value of this type"

Hi @VincentGiovanni ,

Firstly, please consider raise a support ticket if it's an urgent issue. Secondly, you can change back the formula on the label, but the two errors on collect and submit button, please share a screenshot so I can know exactly what the issue is.
