Hi,
I want to upload my App to the MS Teams
I have read this(link below), it says that at least I need a license of MS Power Apps to publish it, but does everyone else in the company also need a license or not?

Based on my research and query, the publisher that embed this app into the teams channel need a PowerApps license, and the admin should set up "Custom app" setting in teams side, for the end-users, if they are only meant to use the app under the context on teams, they won't need any PowerApps license, but when run as a standalone App (not in the context of a Team), it follows the licensing requirement of normal Apps, which require a separate license.
