Customization, avatar and look and feel

Hi there,

 

How to set up the Dynamics 365 Customer Service look and feel the same than the PVA?

As part of the hand-off, the avatar, colors, etc, from PVA is not exported to Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

 

Is there a way to make it to work or how to customize the same way on D365CS?

    Hi @renatoromao ,

     

    I got to that point, but still, the PVA has more customizations than D365CS.

     

    I guess it is what it is and let's wait till the next wave of changes.
