Can't see '2025 Release wave 2' features

In my DEV environment, I've upgraded to 2025 release wave 2 (as shown below):
 
 
 
However I do not see any new features.
 
If I click on Manage, I see this:
 
 
Would anyone know why my 'Update now' is disabled?

    the rollout can take a while and when it is published it takes a bit until it is useable in all tenants.
