About the PowerApps API limits

The 60 000 API calls limit.
1. I imagine this limit applies to external applications making API calls to the PowerApps API ?
2. Does this limit for non-api access to a PowerApp ? For example if a user is browsing a PowerApp via the browser user interface, would this browsing contribute to the limit ?
3. About the PowerApp API itself... Lets says I have a PowerApp with several data fields. Can I obtain all the PowerApp fields using a single API call, or I need a separate call for each field ?
