Can't open studio, can't download studio, can't open Windows store

Is there any way to download PowerApps Studio without being directed to the MS Store. My laptop is managed by my company, so we do not have MS Store, and it's not a possibility to get it. I'm hoping for a file or direct download link for it. We have several Access Web Apps built but are being discontinued soon, and the instructions say to use PowerApps. Well, I can't use PowerApps Studio because I can't download it. So I'm stuck. I know I can use the web interface to build PowerApps, but I need to download PowerApps Studio somehow. Is this possible?

No, this is not possible. The web interface was originally built exactly for the scenarios in which people cannot install the PowerApps Studio (for any reason, such as old versions of Windows, non-Windows OS or company policy) - and over time it has become the primary way where people build apps in the platform (at a point where most investments of the team are being made in the web interface instead of the Windows app).

Is there any reason why the web interface doesn't work for you, that you need to download the Windows PowerApps Studio?

Maybe it has changed since I last tried to use the web version, but when I first tried to use it I could not design tablet style layouts... it only allowed you to build phone layouts. Has this changed?

Yes, you can design tablet-style layouts on the web studio as well.
