Configuration of connection to AI Foundry Agents resource and project

Hi,

I have an agent with a topic with just one task: "create thread", and a connection to AI Foundry Agents. However, Copilot Studio doesn’t allow me to configure the AI Foundry resource and project. So, when I try to start using my AI Foundry Agent—just by creating the thread for now—I get the attached error.

How can I configure the AI Foundry connection?

when you are trying to add knowledge to an agent choose the AI search connector and provide the Admin key and URL of the AI search.

This feature allows to connect to AI search directly from the agent to retrieve knowledge.

Thanks for your response.

It makes sense. However, the main issue is that I can't complete step 2 because Copilot Studio doesn't display any screen for configuring the AI Foundry project (unlike Logic Apps, which does show a configuration panel when creating a flow that calls my AI Foundry agents).

As a result, the error shown in the attached image occurs because the connection can't be configured. It seems to be a bug in the Copilot Studio configuration.
