Hi everyone!

We are developing an application where an admin creates a project and the corresponding template files and folders are created on his one drive. Then admin share the one drive folder with assigned team members manually using right click and sharing.

Now when other team member visit the app they want to submit some documents and documents should be uploaded to the admin one drives.

Despite of sharing the folder, the new folder gets created in team member's one drive. Can some one please help how to access shared one drive folders using power apps/power automate?

    Hi @sarthakgulati13 ,

It's due to connection in the flow. Please refer to below thread and add a connection for the Create file action use Admin's account.

Solved: Create File in Shared OneDrive Folder - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

    Best regards,

Thank you for the response @v-jefferni

When someone else will open the app, it will configure their connection only

How can we provide admin connection to everyone and moreover we cannot share credentials with every user.
Let me know your thoughts please

    Hi @sarthakgulati13 ,

I would recommend that you can use SharePoint library as storage of the files. It's not possible to use user's credentials only and access to else's OneDrive folder.

    Best regards,

I believe Sharepoint is the best solution
