Hello Community,

I have a created a power apps that contains a form which goes through multiple approvals, the form is sent out in email, each user will make their changes and save, I have inserted a patch function in save button that gets the user email so I know who worked on the request, the problem is the patch function only keeps the last email in the sharepoint list, what I need to do is to keep all user emails, the patch function currently replaces emails everytime someone edits so it's always only the lest user's email that shows in  sharepoint list, I want it to store all the emails of everyone who worked on the request. how can I achieve that?

Are the different approvals categorized by any means, like based on department?
