    Hi @Anonymous,

You could download the PowerApps from the url below to check if it can work.

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/apps/powerapps/9nblggh5z8f3

Do you open your windows session with the same account ? Are you able to install any other app like PowerBI for example ?

Please also make sure that your organization has turned on the Office Store organization option.
    1. Go to Office 365 Admin.
    2. Choose Settings, Services and Add Ins, then Choose the Office Store, then turn the Store Option on.

Make sure before you try to download that you actually sign in to the store using your work/school account before you attempt to download. Otherwise, it might not ask you for which account you want and do nothing.

    Regards,

    Mona

I'm also unable to install.  Just getting "Working" message in the store.  Loggged in with my company email address which has PowerApps license as part of O365.

Try running wsreset.exe to fix the Store.

Hi, thanks Andy, but that didn't work.  I found something that did though:

    1. In the Search box, type CMD
    2. Right click on Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator
    3. In the command prompt, enter the following command:
    4. PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"

    Thanks
