Hello,
I'm currently developing a solution using Employee Ideas template for teams. I've made some changes and I wish to export the full package solution to import on client tenant.
Through Power apps for teams the option to export this specific solution doesn't appear... I've also tried to go to the teams environment through Power Automate, Created a new solution and add all the parts to the solution, but when I do export it gets stuck in exporting process.
Somebody knows if it's not possible to export because it's based on a template?
Hi @Miguel_Pst,
A managed solution cannot be exported from an environment. If you want to extend the template, what you should do is create a new solution, add any existing components from the template that need modifying and any new components you are adding. Then export that solution as managed.
Provide both the template solution and your custom solution to your client, and ensure they import the template first, then your custom solution second since it has dependencies on the template.
