Hey guys.

I have a question and perhaps you could assist me.

On my model driven app on mobile, I can't seem to find the email option even though its visible on the desktop.

I tested it in vanilla, Dyn, CDS, and my own custom app environment.

This is an image of the timeline on my mobile

And this is one of my desktop

As you can see, the option is missing so my question is, Is the option not available on mobile? Am I Doing something wrong

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and the issue is confirmed on my side.

Actually, it is an known issue with Email Activity in Dynamics 365 for Phone. Currently, the Email Activity is not supported in Dynamics 365 for Phone. Please check the following article for more details:
