Copilot Studio Licensing and Analytics Confusion - Need Guidance for Launch

Hello Copilot Studio Community,

I'm preparing to launch my bot to all tenants after a successful beta run with a few tenants via the custom website channel. However, I'm running into some confusion regarding licensing and analytics, and I'd greatly appreciate any insights from those who've successfully navigated this process.

My main points of confusion are:

1. Licensing vs. Analytics Discrepancy:
- The documentation states we need a Copilot Studio tenant license allowing 25,000 messages for $200.
- However, in the Analytics section, I only see "Billed Sessions," which have been in single digits despite weeks of beta testing.
- Why does it show "Billed Sessions" if the capacity is measured in messages? Where can I monitor the quota?

2. Message Allocation in Admin Portal:
- In the Power Platform Admin Portal (Resources -> Capacity), the add-on section shows "0 of 25,000 messages assigned."
- Should I use the "Manage" option to assign all 25,000 messages for tracking to begin? How can I make sure that my bot is using this quota?

3. If we hit the 25k quota, where can I purchase an additional 25k add-on, do I just buy another tenant license?

Has anyone gone through a similar process for their launch? How did you ensure everything was set up correctly in terms of licensing and usage tracking?

I want to make sure we're fully prepared for the launch and avoid any unexpected issues or charges. Any advice, experiences, or best practices you can share would be incredibly helpful!
