Perhaps your 'Customized Automatic Speech Recognition' is enabled. Could you please disable it and check if that resolves the issue?If not, please raise a support ticket here for further investigation: Get Help + Support in Power Platform - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn
We opened the ticket, but they also don't know why this problem occurs and they can't even stop publishing. I saw that there was another topic on this forum with this same problem but in the classic version, I believe it must be a bug. Outside of the English language there is no such option:
I checked it internally, and it's a bug that our team is actively fixing. You can expect a fix by the first week of February. Thanks for reporting it!
Also been encountering the inability to publish. As a control test, I created a brand-new copilot bot, and didn't modify anything, and hit publish, and it also fails.
The Copilot Studio is essentially "down" at the moment.
My copilot is eternally publishing as well. No voice options in Details. Brand new bot without anything changed. Authenticated in Azure with a SP source connected. Other than that, just publishing. And publishing.
