Hi - I have configured an agent to send a reply to an email which has scanned the email for questions and provided answers using the knowledge provided - but when it triggers I get an undeliverable message, further below.
The thing is - the emails work as I've had it for years (SPF, DKIM etc all ok) - any ideas?
The message already said the email was rejected by email provider.
you have to make sure recipients side list this in white list. so it can pass through
