I am not sure what caused this but I recently changed positions, still in the same department but differnet title. When I open up my teams app, mobile environment and try to interact with my PVA bot it says unknown user. In the desktop environment it is showing the following:
I have never seen this. What is the issue?
Did your change in positions result in any changes to the security groups you were a member of? this looks like you are no longer in the member or owner group for the Team where you created the PVA bot.
I created the bot under my profile, I can still see it and have full control of it. What are the things that I need to verify to see if nothing has changed. Thanks for your assistance.
Does anyone else have an idea why this is happening?
