Hi Experts, I need to understand what is the use of this option "Skip this question" in PVA

    Hi @AkashJain ,

     

    This feature is used when you use the Entities in the type of question.

     

    E.g.: Create an Entity called "Cities", and create some items like "Sao Paulo; Miami"

    Inside your topic, create a question using the Cities data and turn-on the Sao Paulo and Miami options.

    Your trigger phrases are: "hello; hi; good night"

    Now, when the user sends "Hi, I want to know more about Miami", automatically your topic will be started and if your question is marked to "Skip", your chatbot will understand the Miami in the last phrase automatically.
