Inactivity trigger not working for Omnichannel Chat Channel

Hello everyone!

I have set up a Start Conversation Topic to send a message and transfer the conversation to Omnichannel

The workstream is set up to routing the conversation to a queue with one member (me). And this is working fine!

I have set up a Topic with an inactivity trigger to display a message after 30 seconds. This is not working!
The topic properties is
  • Duration 30
  • Condition: Activity.Channel equal Omnichannel
  • Pirority 0
So, when I open the widget, I receive the start conversation topic messages, and the conversation is transfered to me (through the queue)

But, after the inactitivty period, nothing happens!

    Pls try the following:
    • Double-check that the Duration is set to 30 seconds in the inactivity trigger and that Condition accurately targets Activity.Channel = Omnichannel.
    • Confirm Priority is correctly set (0 is fine), as this impacts trigger execution order.
    • In some cases, inactivity triggers might require reactivation or saving in the topic properties to apply recent changes. Try editing and re-saving the inactivity trigger to ensure it’s active.
