Powerapps plan pricing promotion question

"1 Promotional pricing is available for commercial offers from December 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. The Power Apps per app plan is priced at USD3 per user, per app, per month (minimum purchase of 200 licenses) via volume licensing (VL) and cloud solution provider (CSP) channels. The Power Apps per user plan is priced at USD12 per user, per month (minimum purchase of 5,000 licenses) via VL. Other conditions may apply. Contact sales to learn more."

Is the price grandfathered? Meaning anyone who signs up before for 200+ licenses will only need to pay $3/user/app/month or it's that $3 and then regular pricing after june 30?

You probably need to contact Microsoft Sales for a definitive answer.  But as I understand it this offer applies to any licenses that meet the criteria that are purchased during the promotional period.  The price is good for the lifetime of the license, not just until June 30.  So if you buy a yearlong subscription in early June the price would cover the full subscription period.

@Pstork1 If we buy year long subscription, after one year we pay $10 or it continues as $3?

I will contact microsoft. But hoping to get answer here (not sure how long microsoft takes to reply)

Assuming that Microsoft doesn't change pricing in the meantime and that you can't negotiate a better rate, then yes if you renewed it would be at $10.  But MS will normally negotiate a favorable rate for licensing and I don't think you are limited to one year.  As I said for specifics you need to contact MS sales.
