Hi 

The field "Is HMTL" option is not visible?

How can i find this field and Select "Yes" so that the HTML table appears in my clients email?

    That field does not exist in the V2 version of the action, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/office365/#send-an-email-(v2)

     

    It was available in the V1 version of the action, but has been deprecated:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/office365/#send-an-email-[deprecated]

     

    You should be able to use the code view (</> button) of the V2 action to add the html table.
