From the description of your fields, it sounds like your app is built on common data service

You turn auditing on at the entity level, as well as in system settings

here is how to turn on auditing https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/developer/common-data-service/auditing-overview

Once you turn auditing on for the entities in question, any creates edits or deletes will be audited including what changed and who changed it . You can view audit history from power platform admin center https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/audit-data-user-activity#view-audit-logging-details

if you have a model driven app you can see the audit history for a record from the record form related tab

@Ramole  if this answers your question please give it a thumbs up or mark as a solution

    Hi @jlindstrom

    I am using SharePoint List

based on my understanding, auditing in SharePoint lists audits changes to the lists, not changes to the data.

If this is important for compliance or other reasons, you should consider using a different data source that supports auditing
