Calling a Power Automate action from a Power Virtual Agent, I get this error message. Going to the flow, I see no runs in the run history. How can I get more details on this error?

It looks like the error does not occur anymore. It looks like it was fixed on the back end.

I am getting the same error . Everything works fine with the first power automate flow that I assign as an action. But I try to assign different flows for differnt topics , I am getting this error too .
Is there a general issue maybe ?
