Comparing two tables (ComboBoxes) - Is it possible?

Hi all, I want to compare two contents of a ComboBox and if the content is the same, the third ComboBox should contain "Yes", otherwise "No".

Is this possible? Is it possible to compare two ComboBoxes? I get the message that two tables cannot be compared. (Comboxes are tables)
See pic below:

Is there a solution for this problem?

I thank you in advance!

    @PowerSäm

    Consider using the paradigm:

    CountRows(Filter(Table1, !(Combobox1.SelectedItems in Table1)))=0

    Thank you for the quick reply, @Drrickryp!

    I am rather looking for a method to connect Office365-Users (Connector) together, see images below.

    There I want that if the manager of the user is the same as the manager of the combobox, a "Yes" will be output, otherwise a "No".

    Is this possible?

    Still it tells me that two tables cannot be compared. Is there a solution for this?

    Thanks in advance!

    I have found the solution. Just work with a label and specify the content not as table [] but as text(). Then insert this label into the formula. Thanks anyway.
