We are attempting to link the knowledgearticle dataverse entity to a copilot to enable it to access Dynamics 365 knowledge base articles. We anticipated that the copilot would be able to utilise these D365 knowledge articles as references and respond to questions based on their content, effectively negating the need to create topics for some of this content and drawing 'live' from the knowledge base articles in Dynamics 365.
However, the copilot does not seem to understand the content within the articles. Any question asked regarding something within an article is met with "I don't know" style responses. Strangely, we seem to be able to ask questions about the entity itself, such as the most popular articles, but we are unable to ask questions about the content.
I have been able to set up Azure Search paired with Azure OpenAI to query the same data and receive much more accurate responses based on the content of the articles, I don't understand why this is not possible in Copilot Studio, have I missed something?
