App for company use

I created a canvas app (form type)

It is connected to a sharepoint list and keeps showing/hiding questions depending on selections.

App works fine with members of the sharepoint folder where sharepoint list is located, but when spreading out for the company, I gave permissions to "Everyone in the company" to the app, dropdowns (populated by "choice" columns) will show as blank. How can I overcome this and show all options in dropdowns to people, and get that data once form is submitted? Again, when it is filled by people within the sharepoint folder it works fine, it seems like a problem spreading the sharepoint list properly.

Thanks!

    Hi @RicksGiraldo

The second option Can edit items would be appropriate.

    Thank you!
    Will try doing both approaches.
Do you what kind of access should I give to "Everyone"?

    Hello @RicksGiraldo

Yes, you are right. The main issue is caused by the underlying data. You may choose to do any of the options below:

    (1) Share the SP list with everyone in the company, or

    (2) Move the SP list to a SharePoint site where everyone has access already.
