Hello All,

I have a power app that captures signature from Pen input, and a power automate runs on on submit button. That flow adds the attachment to the SharePoint list as image and created the item in SharePoint list. it worked very fine last year.

This year from January some times (there is no particular interval ) the automate not even triggering for some items. i saw no runs on few.

like below is the missing requests which not even ran the power automate to attach the signature. but created the requests in SharePoint by clicking submit button (form submit).

2/24/2022 – 2 missing (total 3 requests created on this day)

2/23/2022 –4 missing(total 42 requests created on this day)

2/22/2022 – 2 missing(total 55 requests created on this day)

2/16/2022– 1 missing(total 4 requests created on this day)

1/14/2022 – 2 missing(total 25 requests created on this day)

1/11/2022 – 1 missing(total 15 requests created on this day)

1/06/2022 – 1 missing(total 5 requests created on this day)

To identify what went wrong, the run not even ran. Can some one help on this please?
