Hi All,
Can you please let me know how can I remove Case (Incident) from the Faceted Search Record type as well as from the Global search. I have removed Incident from Search/Filters, Search/Query and Search/RecordTypeFacetsEntities site settings but it did not affect the global search results. I have also renamed the view - Portal Search in Case entity, still no effect. Do I need to rebuild search index or change anything in the Faceted web templates to achieve this requirement?
