Hello Community,
I am following this Microsoft documentation (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/configuration-hand-off-omnichannel?tabs=preview#configure-inactivity-timeout-to-close-conversation) to create a Session Timeout bot topic in Power Virtual Agents, due to inactivity. However, each time when I try to click the save button to save the topic, it's not saving it, and it appears it's stuck in a spinning mode - i.e. saving in progress... Please see screen shot below.
Has anyone experienced this and know how to resolve this?
Thank you!
Hi @ChetanBhagat ,
I am able to save the topic now, and so far it appears to be working correctly for me... I have it trigger after 15min..
Hi,
I see currently I'm able to save the topic, however, it doesn't trigger on no input from user after specified time interval. I tried 15 minutes and 2 mins but no luck. Is this an issue as well?
Thanks @HenryJammes
Nothing that can be accessed externally. I encourage you to open a support request to make sure it’s tracked for the customer: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/get-help-support
Hi @HenryJammes ,
I have already tried that approach - creating the topic without entering a topic name, and it's still spinning the saving process... Is there a Microsoft article or logged ticket that you could point me to to show it's a logged defect? I would like to be able to share that with our customer to prove it's not anything that we're doing wrong...
Thank you!
There’s a logged bug but this isn’t consistently reproduced. Can you try to create the topic with the inactivity trigger, leave the topic name untouched, and save?
Hi @HenryJammes ,
Thanks for your reply. Is this a known bug? I would appreciate your further insight.
Thank you!
