Add score value to checklist in Inspection App Template for Teams

I am trying to introduce a scoring system (A, B, C, D) in the checklists created, so that I can score the compliance of each question in the checklist.

By standard we can only change OK, Issue and N / A in a standard way.

Is it possible to add more of this input?

By analyzing the App Inspection, I realize that the "Area Inspection Step" table is what saves the inspection information, but I can't understand how the information is saved and I don't want to compromise the stability of the App.
The goal will also be to get that score in the Inspection Review.
Any ideas?

    Hi @Marocas68,

Yes it's possible to customize the app via the Power Apps Studio. The best way to ensure not to compromise the stability is to test is before release, so I would create another test Teams Channel, install the Inspection App, create a solution and perform my changes there and test it. Once happy, import that solution into the "real" channel. If you see that managing with solutions is too complicated, you can always re-perform the customizations manually. More info on export and import: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8JC_zCh545A

    Hope this helps!
