We have to add hyperlink dynamically in normal Text box in the PowerApps to go some webpages.
Could you please share some inputs on how to achieve this?

It is not possible to do this. There is no notion of a hyperlink in plain text.
Can you explain why you want to do this, rather than use an HTML text box?

In HTML text box do we have the option to add hyperlink while Playing the App.
Using Patch function we are updating this value to CRM. so we used Plan Text box to add dynamic content.

To clarify your question, if you're asking whether an end user of your app can enter a hyperlink at runtime, the answer is that it is possible with the rich text control.
