Suddenly i'm getting emails about empty capacity on database, if i follow link it says y have no assigned space and of course overloaded. I don´t know if this has to see with recent Action Pack license . I just follow many options but the did not work because my assigned space =0
Ensure you have the correct licensing in place (e.g., per app, per user, or other Dynamics 365 licenses) as they come with a base capacity for database, file, and log storage. The default capacities are:
Database Storage: Usually 10 GB per tenant.
File Storage: Typically starts with 20 GB per tenant.
Log Storage: Begins with 2 GB per tenant.
Additional storage beyond the default can be purchased and applied based on your organization’s needs.
Implement archiving solutions for large datasets and old logs using Azure services or Power Automate flows to offload historical data.
Regularly review and clean up unnecessary records, attachments, and audit logs to optimize available capacity.
