Containers Help They Lock all sizes?

I do not understand containers at all. On my power app i'm struggling to build it seems the behaviour of containers is it makes all the sizes of everything within the containers fixed and not editable except the dimensions of the container at the highest level.

What is the point of that? Nothing lining up and not changing the size of any element at all? There is no drag to change size!

I have been trying to follow this video https://youtu.be/ubnPqwWdBL0?si=Fy6uFe6tbbMaHOMg&t=692 to give headers to a gallery. @11:30 On the video he puts a text label in his container and he can move it and change the size. Mine is completely locked. What the hell is going on? I have had to redo my gallery repeatedly all day.  Actually I just destroyed the whole thing on my final attempt.

    Hi @Tardisgx101

Here are the types of containers you can add to your power app:

A Horizontal Container will place newly added controls next to each other starting from left to right.

A Vertical Container will stack newly added controls.

A Container is where you are able to freely move controls where you want.

This label is in a horizontal container. You are still able to set the height and width of the control inside the container. Position on the other hand is not customizable.
