
Hi everyone
I’ve created a bot using Copilot Studios, and when I publish it directly to Microsoft Teams following this documentation, the typing indicator works perfectly.
However, when I configure the bot using Dynamics 365 Omnichannel for Customer Service with a callback ID and deploy it to Teams following this documentation, the typing indicator no longer works in Teams.
I have tried adding the typing activity node in copilot studios but still it does not appear.
Has anyone experienced this issue? and if so, what is the solution?
