So it`s about a form.

What I want to do:

When clicking SAVE button - set status to Draft, when clicking SUBMIT button, save status to Submitted.

*Status - DEFAULT: If(_origin=1,LookUp(Choices([@S2IM_InvoiceGeneralInfo].Status),Value="Draft"), ThisItem.Status)

Status is a column in a sharepoint list, type Lookup on another Sharepointlist.

*Status - ITEMS: Choices([@S2IM_InvoiceGeneralInfo].Status)

    Hi @Robert94 ,

Could you explain your needs to me in more detail?
What value do you want to modify by selecting a different button control (The default display value of the Status field in the Form is to modify the value in the data source) ?  Is the control used by the Status field a Dropdown or a Combo box?

If you select a different button to change the Status field default value, you could set a variable in both buttons to a different value and reset the Status field control.  1. Modify the  Combo box default value , you could modify its "DefaultSelectedItems" property.  2. Modify the Dropdown default value, you  could modify its "Default" property.  I have a test for your reference, please refer to the screenshot:
