Hello,

I have a problem with sorting by date in my timesheet app.

After reading the community is changed the formula into:

SortByColumns('Urenregistratie Heelektro';"Datumwerkzaamheden";Descending)

Source= Urenregistratie

column = datumwerkzaamheden

and i want to work descending.

But it doesn't work and keeps giving errors.

Thank you

Bob

    What errors is it returning?

    Have you tried using double quotes around the table name?

    Now i did, but still nothing.

    It says that invalid argumenttype (text) insteed we expect a table value.

    (i have a dutch version, so i do my best ;-))

    What errors are showing? In your code you have "Heelektro" after the table name - or is that part of the name?

    The double quotes should be single quotes;

    SortByColumns('Urenregistratie Heelektro';'Datumwerkzaamheden';Descending)

    The tables name is Urenregistratie Heelektro and comes form Sharepoint.

    Have you tried the suggestion I gave?

    Any feedback?

    Sorry - I wasn't paying attention - change all your ";" to","

    no "...." to '..... '

    I meant that there are semicolons in the formula where there should be commas. In the Powerapps documentation everything uses double quotes.
