Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a custom copilot I have built in copilot studio. This copilot reads from a couple of internal SharePoint communication sites and I have set up it to use Single Sign On in Entra ID. I have followed all the steps to my knowledge correctly, as it works in the copilot studio test environment; however, when I deploy it to Teams via the copy link sharing option it doesn't reply back with any information. It does not even start the conversation with a greeting, which is really strange. No response from the copilot and not even a greeting. Not sure how to resolve this. I have tried Teams on the web, Teams desktop, New Teams, Old Teams and nothing works
