Do you mean that you could not open the app in your ios mobile phone?
I suggest you:
1)check whether you could open this app in your computer (more suggest use browser to open)
2)update powerapps to the latest version
3)clear powerapps cache
4)check whether you are in a good condition of network
5) exit and reopen this app
6)try other mobile devices
