Radius Search on Power Apps

I need to build a Power App where users sign up with a postal code (ZIP code) and their hobbies. Users should be able to search for other users who are within the radius of their ZIP code and have matching hobbies.

How can I technically implement the radius search if I can't use Power Apps map control elements and only have standard Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint as the data source?

    Just curious, why cant you use the control? The answer is important as it will also help rule out things.
     
    Possible options
     
    1. Create a SharePoint list, download data from Google or Big Maps and implement a Filter to find them
    2. Use the Bing or Google Maps API's, which requires you to use the HTTP Premium Connector via either Power Automate or within the Canvas App.
     
    I am unaware of any other way to do it.
