    Dear @skolisetti,

As per Model Driven App, each record will have each Documents Available in SharePoint. So Based on Respective Record we can see the respective Records from Sharepoint. (If you open the record --> Click On Related --> Documents)

Before Proceeding this Make Sure Document enabled for that Entity (Settings --> Document Management --> Document--> Document management Settings --> Input the URL if not exits and select the Entity)

To get Better understanding, do you want to show the same document for all the Users in the Record or Dashboard ?

if it is in Dashboard --> Settings --> Customization --> Customize the system --> New Dashboard --> Click on IFRAME and input the URL

If it is in Form Create a HTML Page and populate the Sharepoint List for all the Record

Go to settings --> Customization --> Customize the System --> Expand Entities --> Click On Form --> Open the Form --> Click Insert --> Click Iframe --> then add a url

Ram thank you so much for your response.  I think i need to go with last option like you said

If it is in Form Create a HTML Page and populate the Sharepoint List for all the Record

Go to settings --> Customization --> Customize the System --> Expand Entities --> Click On Form --> Open the Form --> Click Insert --> Click Iframe --> then add a url.

I went to my Form and just added iFrame with the SharePoint site URL . Do i need a HTML page to display these records ?  please find attached SharePoint site with folder and documents and model driven app page. ( Iframe section is blank)
