Is it possible to hide the Request Access button in PowerApps

Hello - I have PowerApps form if the user doesn't have access right to PowerApps form, it shows "It looks like you don't have access to this report" with "Request access" button. Is it possible to hide the Request Access button in PowerApps if the user doesn't have access to PowerApps? I'm appreciated for your help.

That is an inbuilt function of the platform - there are no settings to control this
