how to validate that user does enter the same value in textinput in a gallery in pwerapps

I want to validate when user click the add voucher button to add value not enter the same value as shown in the image above.

I tried using if(

IsBlank(TextInput6.Text),DisplayMode.Disabled,DisplayMode.Edit). it is not working.
