Dashboard at an entity level

Hi When i am in an entity and i choose (open dashboards) it doesnt show interactive or give me option to create interactive - is this right?

secondly when i do create a dashbaord (dynamics 365 dashboard) - it also shows the streams by default - how do i get rid of that??

you create the entity specific dashboards in system customization/maker experience, not when you are looking at the entity in an app. If you see the streams and you don’t want to see them, create a new one. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/configure-interactive-experience-dashboards

i have never found this feature to be extremely useful, as I’ve never had a requirement for a dashboard of data in just one entity

thanks but it is useful if you have a risk entity and want to see all risks by rating category assigned to or overdue. also the "open dashboards" seems to be a default on the ribbon and my staff will click on it.

I have already created other dashboards that are interactive yes..

so another question - can i modify the "open dashboards" to link to somewhere else then?

The dashboards that you see are a nature of what you have associated with your mode driven app. If you don’t want the other ones, go to mode driven app maker and unselect the ones you don’t want.

dashboards also are role enabled so if you don’t want some users to see some dashboards you can remove the security role association from the dashbords
