I need to show the Number of Rows from the Data table after I selected the 4 conditions from the dropdown.
from the picture, the rows will equal 4 rows.

The easiest way is
CountRows(YourGalleryName.AllItems)

I use the datatable not Gallery and it has shown an error (see in the picture below)

That is making it more difficult - but you can wrap the Items of the Data Table in CountRows() - put CountRows( at the start, paste in your Items and add a closing bracket.
Incidentally, why are you using a data table ? Galleries can do the same thing, be made to look the same and are far more flexible.
