Disable Saving Transcripts

How can I disable saving transcripts? 

 

There is a possibility that customers are sharing sensitive information. So we don't want to save the transcripts. How can we do this?

    Hi @Anonymous,

     

    A workaround would be to change the bulk deletion jobs and set them up so they don't delete after a certain amount of months but almost immediately:
