Is it possible to place strings from the {x} variables into the 'Options for user'?

    Hi @LeongQJ,

As far as I am aware within the standard topics in the Web Portal this is not supported.

Alternatively, you could look into the Bot Framework composer. In there you can created advanced topics:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/advanced-bot-framework-composer-example2

That being said, Microsoft is looking into merging the two into one Unified Canvas. So, pretty soon it might also be possible from the Web Portal as well:

    Hope this helps a bit?
