Hi,
I'm not sure if this is a licensing issue or not. I've setup the test bot to play around with the idea of creating a Teams chatbot, in doing so I wanted add a local URL for the responses of the bot but i'm unable to add a URL, the settings are greyed out.

Ahhh.... that is most likely the issue. I'm in Canada, which does not currently meet the generative answer pre-requisites. Manual it is! 😒

I am facing same issue, AI Capabilities options are disable. If It works only for US Region, How Can I set my region from India to US?
There is no option to check or change region in Power virtual Agent, I am using free trial subscription of PVA.
You need to setup a new Power Platform environment and select the US region during setup. You also need to make sure it has a Dataverse database so that you can create PVA chatbots.
