I have created a flow for Convert PDF and send Email when new item created in Sharepoint.

Flow is working but entire Sharepoint date is converting as PDF and sending Email.

I need to convert PDF and send email for new item created data only, not entire Sharepoint Data.

Request you help me to create flow for convert PDF and send email for new item created data only, not entire Sharepoint Data.

Replace "Get ItemS" for "Get Item" to return a single record

Thanks for your reply

I have changed from Get Items to Get Item.

One mandatory filed "Id" and "From" required.

Can you tell me about Id & From and which one I have to choose.

You have to select the underlined option:

This option returns you the ID of the item that triggered the flow and is used by the "Get Item" action to retrieve that particular item. This is in contrast to to the entire list being returned when using "Get ItemS".

If you insist on using a table, there's no easy way around the use of "Get ItemS", but you could add a filter step after that:

I have tried with Filter Array and found Converting PDF for all the Sharepoint data.

I am not restrict for this flow, Finally I need to convert PDF file and send Email
Please share if there is any alternate flow is available.
